ARRIVE. SETTLE. FEEL AT HOME.

A clearer start
to life in Germany

Find your feet

From preparing your move to finding a home, a relocation partner can help you understand the practical steps. Tell us your destination, timing and priorities so we can look for support that fits your situation.

Get the essentials organised

Address registration, appointments and everyday administration can feel unfamiliar. Depending on the partner’s services, support may include preparing documents, explaining the process and helping you coordinate your first steps.

RELOCATION AND IMMIGRATION

Your move.
Your residence plans.

Visas and
residence permits

Whether you are applying for the first time, renewing a permit or changing your circumstances, start with the route that applies to you. Requirements depend on nationality, work, family situation and your current residence title.

We can introduce you to a suitable partner for practical application support. Where your situation requires legal advice, that belongs with an appropriately qualified legal specialist.

Planning to
stay longer?

Permanent residence involves more than choosing an insurance or pension. Language, residence history, livelihood and other requirements can matter, depending on the route. A specialist can help you understand what evidence is relevant.

Health insurance or retirement provision may form part of that evidence. Buying a policy does not guarantee a visa or residence permit; the responsible authority decides your application.

ONE CONVERSATION. THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS.

Tell us your plans

Share where you are now, where you are moving and what feels difficult. We start with a conversation so we understand your priorities, deadlines and the support you would like.

Meet a suitable partner

We look for a specialist whose services match your situation. They explain the scope of their help, availability and costs. You decide whether their offer is right for you.

Keep things connected

Relocation, healthcare and finances often overlap. With your permission, partners can coordinate relevant next steps. You stay in control of which services you choose and what is shared.

Our network is growing. Availability varies by location and the support required. We will be clear about what we can arrange.

A NETWORK THAT GIVES BACK

Up to €500 towards
your relocation or visa costs

Moving countries can be expensive. When you arrange qualifying private health insurance, comprehensive incoming expat cover, a private pension or a Basisrente through our network, you may receive up to €500 towards agreed services from a participating relocation partner.

Support for
the services you choose

Agree the eligible services with the relocation partner. The contribution covers actual invoiced costs up to €500 per person, across one or more eligible invoices within 12 months of the qualifying policy’s start date.

Eligible family members can combine their contributions towards a shared relocation bill. There is no cash payment to the client and no payout of an unused balance.

Arrange it
before work starts

We pay the participating partner directly. Early support can be arranged by agreement while our referral fee is pending. Final eligibility requires the first premium to be paid and Unconfuse to receive its referral fee.

If the policy is cancelled before those conditions are met, the partner invoices you for the services supplied. Earlier expenses are considered individually and are not an automatic entitlement.

One contribution per person, even if you arrange more than one qualifying policy. A relocation partner can introduce you to the network; your first booking does not have to originate with Unconfuse.

Choose insurance or a pension for its suitability, not solely for a benefit. The contribution does not guarantee immigration eligibility. Agree the services, provisional support and any client payment responsibility in writing before booking.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before your next step

Can you help before I arrive in Germany?

Yes, you can contact us while planning your move. Tell us your intended location and timing. We will check which partners and services are available before you make arrangements.

Do you guarantee a residence permit?

No. A partner can help you prepare and understand the process, but only the relevant authority can approve an application. Requirements and processing times depend on your circumstances.

Do I have to choose all services together?

No. You can request relocation support on its own. Any insurance or pension is a separate choice, explained by the relevant specialist. The relocation contribution has its own qualifying conditions.

What does relocation support usually cost?

Prices depend on the location, partner and scope of work. Ask for a clear quote covering the agreed services and any separate official fees. We do not advertise one price for every move.
